You register on website, upload documents, download when you want, where your want, share them by generating OTP. OTP will be valid for time limit selected while creating it.

| 1. Is this service safe and secure? |
| Ans:- Yes this service is safe. What ever images you upload are getting renamed to unique filename and stored as block of file. So nobody know which file belongs to you. Even we admins. We are using https protocol for more security. |
| 2. Is my password secure? Is it visible to you? |
| Ans:- Yes, your password is secure. We are not storing password in plain text. We are storing them in hash format which is standrad procedure in most of the companies. So password is not visible to us. Even we are unable to provide you that if you forgot your password. You have to reset your password. |
| 3. I forgot my password how to reset my password? |
| Ans:- Goto login page and click on forgot password link. Enter your username which will be your mobile number. You will get 4 digit OTP on your mobile. Enter OTP and new password and update it. Remeber 4 digit password reset OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number, so register your account with correct mobile number. |
| 4. How can i share my documents using OTP? |
| Ans:- Login to your account. Select documents you want to share. Now select time limit for which OTP will be valid. Click on Generate OTP button. At top side 6 digit OTP will be displayed. Share your username which is your mobile number and 6 digit OTP within time frame selected by you, else OTP will expire and access to selected documents will not be possible. |
| 5. Can i delete my uploaded documents? |
| Ans:- Yes, you can delete documents by clicking on bin icon provided next to your document name. We don't keep any document information and file blocks in our servers after deletion. |
| 6. How many documents i can upload and what is filesize limit? |
| Ans:- At this moment free user can upload 10 documents and thoese who have paid onetime fee can upload upto 60 doucuments. But by time being we might increase the file upload limit. Currently you can upload 800kb files of jpeg, png and pdf format. |
| 7. How much i have to pay for this service? |
| Ans:- ₹50 is onetime fee for this service. Register yourself and goto profile and pay via "pay now" UPI payment link from your mobile. You can send payments to 9970842317@ybl UPI address. At this moment we are not looking for any profit but can't afford out of funds to run this project smoothly. |

| Ans: Yes, as we are in 1st step of our life cycyle. We will not take any reposibility against "your data loss" due to technical issues. Rest we are committed to secure it.
